XIAOHU DUCK STORY
In the spring of 1996,Zhiyong wang and Xiurong Hu (the couple) took the product formula and a team of 5 entrepreneurs,from Leshan,Sichuan. They traveled eastward along the river and were captivated by the intricate water network of the Jianghan Plain. Consequently, in the bustling and densely populated city of Jingzhou, Hubei, they embarked on their entrepreneurial journey.
Due to the excellent taste of the product and its high demand, state-owned enterprises proposed cooperation. The business flourished, production moved into the workshop, sales expanded into stores, and the bustling scene with lines at the door became a unique sight in Jingzhou.
However, as the popularity of their processed ducks grew, so did the emergence of replica products. To protect their brand from being copied, Wang Zhiyong established their own brand named "Xiao Hu Duck", derived from his wife's surname. Henceforth, Xiao Hu Duck became a household brand.
